Denis Norton, Ph.D.

Dr. Norton has analyzed thermal and fluid aspects of geologic processes for more than four decades. He was director of the Geochemistry Division for Kennecott Exploration, Inc., then a tenured professor in geochemistry and Guggenheim Fellow at the University of Arizona. Since 1994, he has consulted to private companies in the geothermal energy and minerals industries throughout North America. Dr. Norton has developed significant theoretical methods for understanding the systematics of hydrothermal processes and the natural resources that they produce. These concepts and their application for resource exploration and development are published in many scholarly works and special reports.

Danny Sims, Ph.D.

Dr. Sims is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists, a California licensed Professional Geologist, and a member of the Arizona Bar. He has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry with emphasis in structural geology. Much of his career has been devoted to mapping and interpreting structural data for cost-effective mine design at properties including Grasberg, Kucing Liar, Cuajone, Tyrone, Chino, Thompson Creek, Sierrita, and numerous others.\r\n

Dr. Rod Kirkham, P.Geo

Dr. Rod Kirkham has global experience with copper and other mineral deposits, and has mapped and studied mineral deposits in several places in northwestern British Columbia and is quite familiar with the geology and mineral deposits from Alice Arm to the Iskut River and Smithers region.\r\n\r\nMr. Kirkham obtained B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of British Columbia and a Ph.D from the University of Wisconsin (1969). He spent over 28 years as a Research Scientist with the Geological Survey of Canada, mainly studying and documenting copper and molybdenum deposits in Canada and other parts of the world. He coordinated the production of a generalized geological map of the world and several world mineral databases, much of the work being sponsored by several large mining and exploration companies and the Metal Mining Agency of Japan. He has published several scientific papers on mineral deposits and was co-editor of three books. In 1998 he received the Duncan R. Derry Medal, the highest award of the Mineral Deposits Division of the Geological Association of Canada for contributions made to the science of economic geology in Canada. For the past ten years he has been an independent consultant working for several major and junior companies and helped establish an exploration company in China (Asia Now Resource Corporation (NOW-TSXV) and has staked and vended claims in British Columbia. He is an adviser to several companies.

Terry Massoth , M.S.

Mr. Massoth obtained his geology degrees from the University of Utah in 1977 and 1982, with an M.S. thesis involving interpretation of the depositional environments of surface mineable coal-bearing strata at a 2Mtpa coal mine in NW Colorado. He immediately gained employment with Utah International Inc. and managed several coal exploration projects in the western United States, one eventually becoming a company mine. Following acquisition of UII by BHP Minerals, he continued with international coal and industrial minerals exploration on six continents, ending in 1999 with a three-year assignment to Calgary as project geologist for the Shell Canada-BHP JV feasibility study of the Muskeg River mine, currently part of the 150,000 barrels/day of synthetic crude oil Athabasca Oil Sands Project.\r\n\r\nFrom 2000 onwards, Mr. Massoth has been an independent consulting geologist based in Salt Lake City, Utah, focusing on fossil energy fuels (coal, oil sands, oil shale). He has held long-term contracts with major and junior mining and exploration companies (BHP-Billiton, Western Oil Sands, Marathon Oil, Laurus Energy), as well as the State Trust Lands Administration of Utah, and several other colleague consulting geologists.

Dr. Tom McCandless, Ph.D., P.Geo

Dr. Tom McCandless has over 30 years of mineral exploration experience, specializing in diamond exploration. He has a Master of Science and Ph.D. degree in geology, and a wide range of experience that includes employment as Chief Mineralogist for Superior Minerals, Ashton Mining of Canada, and Stornoway Diamonds Corporation. Since 2008 he is a consulting geologist for MCC Geoscience Inc. He is a registered Professional Geologist with APEGBC and a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. Dr. McCandless has published extensively on the geochemistry of PGE, base metal, gold and diamond deposits, and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Alberta and the University of Arizona.

Gerald Rayner, P. Eng

Mr. Rayner is an independent technical consultant who has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry and has practiced his profession on every continent except Antarctica. The bulk of his time has been spent in Western North America including Mexico and Central America, in Australia and the South Pacific, including Indonesia and other parts of Asia, and in various South American countries.\r\n\r\nMr. Rayner\'s primary areas of expertise lie in reconnaissance exploration and in the evaluation of mineral properties at the earlier stages of exploration and development. While with Kennecott, Mr. Rayner was in charge of exploration in Papua New Guinea in the South Pacific where efforts during this period resulted in the discovery of several porphyry copper deposits including the Ok Tedi Mine.

Mr. Bruce Duncan

Mr. R.B. Duncan, currently the president and CEO of United Bolero Development Corp. (UNB:TSXV), has over 25 years of capital market and brokerage industry experience, including eight years with Gordon Capital Corporation.\r\n\r\nMr. Duncan is also the President of West Oak Capital Partners Inc. West Oak provides strategic advisory services which include: identifying and qualifying merger and acquisition candidates; raising capital for clients; and advising on going public transactions.\r\n\r\nMr. Duncan\'s client base has included financial services, aviation, mining, oil and gas, logistics, and retail industries.
