Mr. Michael England President, CEO, Director
Mr. England has been involved in the public markets starting in 1983 working on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange as a floor trader after successfully completing the Canadian Securities, Options and Futures Courses. Since 1995 Mr. England has been involved directly with public companies serving various roles including investor relations, CFO, Directorships and Presidencies and has raised in excess of $20 million to date for exploration and acquisitions.
Mr. John Duncan, P.Geo Director
Mr. John Duncan is a geologist who began his career on the staff of the Arizona Geological Survey in Tucson, Arizona. In 1993, he resigned his position to join as a founding partner in Altar Resources and to serve as a consultant to the mineral industry. He now has over 10 years experience in exploration, development and mine geology in the Americas. Mr. Duncan has been a consultant for such companies as BHP, Cyprus Minerals, and for the last several years U.S. Borax. In addition to his Masters of Geology degree, he also holds a B.A. in Business Finance from the University of Texas.
Mr. Paul Gray, P.Geo. Director
Mr. Paul Gray holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from Dalhousie University and is a member in good standing with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Gray has worked extensively as an exploration geologist in the Mineral Exploration Industry in Canada, the United States, Asia and Mexico, South and Central America for the past 13 years concentrating on base metal, precious metal and uranium exploration. Mr. Gray was President and COO of Doublestar Resources Ltd. until it was acquired by Selkirk Metals Corp. in July of 2007. Mr. Gray is currently a Director of Cloudbreak Resources Ltd., Alston Ventures Inc. and the Director of Business Development of Argus Metals Corp.
Mr. David Lajack, B.S. Central Michigan University Director
Mr. Lajack received his Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University in 1996. He has been self-employed as a geologist since 1997. Mr. Lajack is the president of Royal Pretoria Gold Ltd., a private exploration Alaskan company incorporated in August 2000. Mr. Lajack is also a director of Exchange listed companies, Andover Ventures Inc. and Alix Resources Corporation. Mr. Lajack will provide geological consulting advice to the Corporation.
Mr. Marvin Mitchell, P.Eng Director
Mr. Mitchell is a registered professional engineer in the Province of British Columbia. He has been the principal of Mitchell Geological Services Inc. since 1985. Mr. Mitchell received his Bachelor of Science (Geological Engineering) from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology in 1968 (formerly Montana School of Mines). Mr. Mitchell currently sits on the board of directors of various Exchange listed resource companies: Challenger Development Corp. (formerly Challenger Minerals Ltd.), Cloudbreak Resources Ltd., Jantar Resources Ltd., Kent Explorations Ltd., and Snowfield Development Ltd. Mr. Mitchell was a former director of New Sage Energy Corp. (formerly Consolidated New Sage Resources Ltd.; 2003); Bolero Resources Corp. (formerly United Bolero Development Corp.; 2003 to 2006); and Andover Ventures Inc. (2006 to 2007). Mr. Mitchell will provide geological engineering advice to the Corporation.
Mr. Greg Amor CFO
Mr. Amor is a Chartered Accountant with 24 years experience with the resource industry. He has held senior management positions with numerous public resource companies. He has raised over $20 million in financing for public companies. Currently he is the Chief Financial Officer of the following public issuers; Kent Exploration Ltd., Derek Oil & Gas Corporation, La Quinta Resources Corporation, and Totem Minerals Inc.
